Annual Training Membership Agreement

Before you train hard, improve your skills, and represent JG Training Academy with pride, please review our Terms & Conditions and check the acknowledgment box in the payment form, or type your signature at the bottom of this page.

Program Commitment

You are enrolling in a 12-month training program with JG Training Academy. Your program includes individualized instruction, use of our training facilities, and guidance from our coaches.

Attendance & Participation

Training only works when you show up! We’re here to push you, encourage you, and celebrate your wins, but your consistency is what will drive success. Please respect your coach’s time and your own goals by attending all scheduled sessions. If you miss a session without notice, that time cannot be credited or refunded. You are responsible for informing your coach of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating. Always listen to your body and train safely. JG Training Academy may occasionally take photos or videos during training for marketing or educational purposes, and your likeness may appear in promotional materials.

Payment Obligation

By signing this agreement, you understand that you are committing to the full 12 months of training. Your membership fee will be billed automatically through our payment system. Memberships at JG Training Academy operate on the billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) selected at checkout and automatically renew annually unless canceled. Even if you decide to pause, cancel, or stop attending, you are still responsible for completing all 12 payments. While the Squarespace system may let you click “Cancel,” doing so does not release you from this annual agreement. If you cancel early, all remaining program payments will become due immediately. If you make a request with us to process a cancellation, you must provide at least 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle. If you fail to cancel at least 14 days before renewal, you will only be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Refund amounts will vary based on usage and timing. Missed or failed payments must be corrected within 7 days to keep your membership active. JG Training Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for nonpayment or repeated violation of this Agreement.

Safety & Liability

Always follow your coach’s instructions for safety. Notify your coach of any injury, pain, or medical condition before training. Participation in sports training carries inherent risks. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge those risks and release JG Training Academy from liability for injuries that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Facility Rules

• Respect the facility, staff, and other athletes at all times.

• Use equipment only as instructed by your coaches.

• Clean up after yourself (return equipment, pick up gear, and keep the space safe for everyone).

• No food or drink (other than water) is permitted on the premises.

• Bring appropriate gear (gloves, bats, cleats, helmets, etc.) to each session. Athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes are required. JG Training Academy may provide certain training aids, but you are responsible for your personal gear.

• Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Bullying, disrespect, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership without refund.
