JG Prep Academy is an elite, baseball-first academic and performance development program built for serious student-athletes who are ready to take the next step. Whether preparing for high school, varsity, collegiate, or advanced baseball pathways, athletes are developed with intention both on and off the field.

Serving students in grades 3-12 across the Knoxville and Tri-Cities areas in East Tennessee, JG Prep integrates structured academics, daily training, and personal development into one streamlined experience. This is not school plus practice squeezed into a day. It is a pathway program, a fully aligned system designed around how athletes actually grow. Athletes train, learn, and develop within a professional-level environment that prioritizes performance, recovery, discipline, and long-term success.

Through a partnership with an accredited academic provider, students receive a flexible, high-quality education while being supported by experienced coaches and staff who understand what it takes to compete at higher levels.

Our program is now accepting enrollment applications for students grades 3 through 12 at our Bristol, TN and Knoxville, TN locations for our inaugural semester.   • JG Prep Academy is designed as one integrated system. Instead of trying to balance school, training, and performance separately, everything is aligned into a single daily schedule that prioritizes development, recovery, and long-term success.

  • The program runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mornings are dedicated to academics, followed by lunch, with training beginning late morning and continuing through the afternoon. Athletes also participate in weekly sessions focused on leadership, mindset, and personal development.

  • JG Prep Academy partners with accredited academic providers to deliver flexible, high-quality education. Each student follows a customized academic pathway that supports their learning style while staying aligned with future goals.

  • Transportation is not currently provided, and families are responsible for daily transportation to a JG Training Academy location in Knoxville, TN or Bristol, TN for the duration of the day.

  • Because training, strength, and development are built into the day, athletes are able to complete most of their workload during program hours, allowing for better balance and recovery outside of the academy.

  • Tuition includes academic facilitation, daily training, strength and conditioning, and performance development. Specific details, along with payment options, are shared during the enrollment process.
