Training & Facility Agreement

Before you get started, please review the Terms & Conditions below and acknowledge your agreement at checkout or at the bottom of this page.

Services Covered by This Agreement

This Agreement governs the following services offered by JG Training Academy:

• Camps, including fixed-schedule, short-term programs

• Training Program Memberships, including annual training commitments

• Individual Batting Cage Rentals

• Approved Team Practice Cage Rentals

The following programs operate under separate agreements and are not included in this Agreement:

• JG Prep Academy

• Travel Ball Programs

Your specific program or rental details, including schedule, duration, location, and payment structure, are provided at checkout and on your receipt.

Program Commitment

By enrolling in a camp or Training Program Membership, you agree to the full duration of your selected program, as outlined at the time of purchase.

• Camps: Commitment applies to the full scheduled program length

• Training Program Memberships: All memberships are 12-month agreements, regardless of attendance

• Batting Cage Rentals: Individual cage rentals do not require a membership or ongoing commitment

• Team Practice Rentals: Commitment and scheduling terms are determined by the team rental arrangement approved by JG Training Academy

Missed training sessions are not credited or refunded.

Program enrollment reserves your spot and limits availability for others.

Attendance & Participation

Training only works when you show up.

• Attend all scheduled sessions

• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

• Inform your coach of any injuries or medical conditions before participation

• Follow all coaching instructions and train safely

JG Training Academy may capture photos or videos during training for marketing or educational purposes. Your likeness may be used in promotional materials.

Payment Obligation

By enrolling in a program or reserving facility time, you agree to all payment obligations associated with your selection.

• Payment plans and subscriptions follow the billing schedule selected at checkout

• Training Program Memberships are billed according to the selected payment plan but remain a 12-month financial commitment

• Failure to complete payments does not release you from your commitment to the full program duration

• Missed or failed payments must be resolved within seven days

• Canceling billing does not cancel a 12-month agreement

• Batting cage rentals must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise approved in writing

• Payment for a cage rental reserves the selected date, time, location, and cage availability

JG Training Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for nonpayment or violation of this Agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Camps and Training Programs

• All programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

• Early withdrawal does not release you from payment obligations

• Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of JG Training Academy

Batting Cage Rentals

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental

• Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable

• Rental time that is not used because of late arrival will not be extended, credited, or refunded

• Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of JG Training Academy

Safety & Liability

Participation in sports training and use of athletic facilities carry inherent risks.

By participating, enrolling, or reserving facility time, you:

• Acknowledge these risks

• Agree to follow all safety instructions and facility policies

• Accept responsibility for the conduct and safety of yourself and members of your group

• Release JG Training Academy from liability for injuries, except in cases of gross negligence

All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file before using the facility. Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver.

General Facility Rules

• Respect coaches, staff, athletes, renters, and other guests

• Use equipment only as intended or instructed

• Clean up after yourself

• Wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear

• Do not participate while under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances

• Follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions

Unsafe behavior, disrespect, misconduct, or violation of facility policies may result in removal without a refund.

Batting Cage Rental Policies

The following policies apply to all individual and team batting cage rentals at JG Training Academy.

Rental Time

Your rental begins and ends at the scheduled time.

Please arrive a few minutes early and return all equipment, baseballs, and personal belongings before your session ends. Late arrival does not extend the rental period.

Participant Requirements

All participants must have a signed liability waiver on file before entering or using a batting cage.

Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver.

Parents, coaches, and renters are responsible for the conduct, supervision, and safety of everyone in their group.

Footwear and Safety Equipment

• Only clean athletic shoes or turf shoes are permitted

• Metal cleats are not allowed

• Batting helmets are required during live batting practice and while using a pitching machine

• Participants must follow all safety instructions and remain within designated training areas

Food and Beverages

The following items are not permitted inside the facility:

• Food

• Gum

• Sunflower seeds

• Tobacco products

• Alcoholic beverages

Water and sports drinks are permitted when kept in containers with secure lids.

Facility and Equipment Care

Please respect the facility and all equipment.

• Do not climb on nets

• Do not throw balls outside designated areas

• Do not misuse machines, screens, tees, nets, or other equipment

• Return all baseballs, buckets, tees, L-screens, and equipment to their designated locations before leaving

Renters are responsible for damage to the facility or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

Outside Instruction and Team Use

Outside instructors, private lessons, team practices, and paid instruction are not permitted during an individual cage rental without prior approval from JG Training Academy.

Team practices must be booked through an approved team practice rental arrangement.

Right to End a Rental

JG Training Academy reserves the right to end a rental without a refund if renters or participants fail to follow these policies, create an unsafe environment, damage property, or disrupt other facility users.

Acknowledgment

By registering for a program, completing a purchase, reserving facility time, or signing below, you confirm that you:

• Agree to the full duration of your selected program, including 12-month memberships where applicable

• Understand that individual batting cage rentals do not create an ongoing membership commitment

• Accept all applicable payment and cancellation obligations

• Accept responsibility for following facility and batting cage rental policies

• Understand and accept all terms outlined in this Agreement
